His creds include UKSCA Strength and Conditioning Coach, Olympic Lifting and Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, Technogym Master Trainer and MYZONE Master Trainer. A solid member of London's The Active Man, Tom is also a regular feature in Men’s Fitness.
